AAILA is an executive learning journey for leaders turning AI ambition into institutional reality — built on three connected perspectives.
Build real solutions.
Connect AI to processes, workflows and decisions.
Compare implementation across Europe, the GCC and the Bay Area.
Most programs teach technology, strategy or innovation separately.
AAILA connects them through one journey.
The program leads
Applied AI execution meets strategic foresight and organisational transformation — taught by practitioners who build, advise and lecture at the frontier.

APPLIED AI · TECHNOLOGY · IMPLEMENTATION
The builder behind AI that works in reality.
Zamina builds the AI systems that most organisations only talk about — production platforms, data infrastructure and governance that survive contact with regulators, operators and real workloads.
Over sixteen years she has led that work across some of the most demanding environments in Europe and the GCC: shaping industrial AI at Bosch and Siemens Energy, standing up national health data capabilities with Dubai Health, and advising public-interest institutions such as the Bertelsmann Stiftung on how to move from AI ambition to functioning practice.
Her focus stays where value is actually created or lost — production systems, data platforms, MLOps and the governance that lets AI operate safely inside regulated organisations.
Selected experience
Bosch · Siemens Energy · Dubai Health · Bertelsmann Stiftung

STRATEGY · GOVERNANCE · EXECUTIVE EDUCATION
The strategist turning emerging technology into institutional action.
Tobias works at the intersection of AI, governance and organisational change, helping organisations translate emerging technologies into strategies, operating models and decisions that work in practice.
Over the past two decades that work has taken him from the UAE's Advanced Technology Research Council, NATO and UN initiatives to the boardrooms of Ferrari and Orange, and into the strategic programs of the Dubai Future Foundation and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation — helping senior leaders adapt their institutions to AI by deploying new technology and reshaping how they decide, organise and create value.
His focus stays where strategy meets execution — teaching executives at UC Berkeley and Steinbeis Augsburg Business School, publishing in the California Management Review, the World Economic Forum, WIRED and Handelsblatt, and holding nine US patents as co-inventor in privacy-preserving computing and data infrastructure.

Questions
No. You build a lightweight prototype without writing code. The focus is on leadership decisions, not engineering.
